Ankle sprains are among the most common injuries in sports and daily life. They usually occur when the foot twists inward, overstretching the ligaments on the outside of the ankle. If not treated properly, sprains can lead to chronic instability or repeated injury.

At our clinic, we assess the severity of the sprain—whether mild (Grade 1) or severe (Grade 3)—and tailor the rehabilitation accordingly. In the acute phase, we focus on reducing swelling and pain through rest, compression, elevation, and gentle mobilization. As healing progresses, we introduce strengthening, balance training, and proprioceptive exercises to restore function and stability.

Our goal is to help you return safely to your activities and prevent recurrence through education, proper footwear advice, and home exercises.
